Full Color Envelope Printing

In our continued efforts to meet the needs of our customers, we installed the brand new Xante EnPress envelope printer. This machine prints full color on envelopes from 3″ x 5″ up to 13″ x 19″, as well as flat sheets for letterhead or postcard usage. It’s speed allows us to print your job and get it out quickly so you don’t have to worry about missing any deadlines. Here is a great snapshot of the printer in motion.

Our main reason for adding the EnPress to our lineup is to meet the increases in our customers’ mailing projects. Because of the improvements in speed, accuracy and the included software, we are able to quickly provide variable data mailing elements to target specific recipient needs and desires at affordable pricing. These variable data elements can involve text and imagery alike.

Have you thought about direct mail and what it could mean for your business? We would love to hear about it and help you make it come to life!

Performance Print Services printed an informational brochure with application and hang tags and posters for the buses.

Direct Mail? You bet!

Direct mail projects are a significant piece of our business. When asked if direct mail works, our answer is YES! However, doing it right is key. Knowing your target audience and making sure your message is concise and relevant are necessary elements for a good return. The most important advice we have is to make sure that your direct mail piece contains a “call to action”, such as directing the recipient to your website or a custom micro-site that allows you to capture data about your customer. Using variable data in the form of text words and images that are specific to each recipient is one of the most valuable tools that will increase the lifespan of your direct mail piece along with the response rate from your target.

We would love to hear from you about your direct mail campaigns. What has worked for you in the past? What was the coolest piece you’ve done? Also, here are some good points about direct mail from Entrepreneur.
