Performance Print Services Announced As Winner in the 2025 PICA Awards

Charlotte, NC — The Printing Industry of the Carolinas (PICA) has announced that Performance Print Services of Durham is a winner in the 2025 PICA Awards Competition. The announcement was made April 18, 2026, during the 2025 PICA Awards Banquet held in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Performance Print Services won 5 Best of Category awards, 6 Special Judges awards and 1 Award of Excellence. Only one “Best of” may be given in each category. One or more Special Judges Award or Award of Excellence may be given in each category, limited to no more than one third of total entries per category.

Thirty-one printing companies from North and South Carolina earned honors in the 60th annual competition. A total of 493 entries were submitted, with 452 receiving recognition as Best of Category, Special Judges Award, or Award of Excellence. In addition, 19 sponsored awards were presented to 11 companies, highlighting exceptional achievement across the industry.
The student division also highlighted emerging talent, with 69 entries from graphic communications programs across seven high schools, 41 of which received awards. At the collegiate level, 46 entries were submitted by four programs, with 22 earning recognition.

Award winners were announced on Saturday, April 18, during the 60th Diamond Anniversary PICA Awards Banquet in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Since 1966, the PICA Awards have set the benchmark for excellence in printing, honoring the industry’s “Best of the Best” year after year. What began as a modest competition has evolved into a premier showcase of craftsmanship and innovation-spanning categories from announcements and invitations to packaging, grand format, catalogs, stationery, and beyond.

The Printing Industry of the Caolinas, Inc. (PICA) is a trade association representing the graphic communications industry across North and South Carolina.
