Although Performance Print Services has been in existence for 7 years, the partnership that formed the company has been together much longer. Chris and Mitchell met in 2002 while working at another printing company. The two became a sales & customer service team, and together they built relationships with customers that grew over the years and continue today.
Our goal has always been to build relationships. Our long-term customer relationships speak of the importance of that value. Starting this company provided us the opportunity to expand that goal to connect with vendor partners and most importantly, our employees. We are proud of what we have built throughout the years and even prouder of the people we have on our team.
Chris Wallace
Chris Wallace has over 35 years of sales, customer service and management experience, of which the last two decades have been in the commercial printing industry. Throughout his career, Chris has always demonstrated the highest level of integrity and customer service. This work ethic has earned him long standing relationships with many customers and referrals to new customers who seek a better option.
Mitchell Bratton
Mitchell Bratton is a customer service professional with over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. He began working at his father’s print shop in Roanoke, Virginia immediately after graduating from high school, and he has since worked for 6 companies in 4 states. Mitchell has a passion for excellent customer service, and he loves being a part of an industry that is driven by innovation and technological growth.
