Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for managing print projects to ensure quality and on time delivery in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Professional and effective communication with our customers and our production team is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and in person
  • Provide project estimates
  • Enter and track jobs
  • Work directly with production team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
