You will be responsible for managing print projects to ensure quality and on time delivery in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Professional and effective communication with our customers and our production team is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and in person
- Provide project estimates
- Enter and track jobs
- Work directly with production team
